Initial Consultation
During this longer appointment, patients will be asked a vast array of questions regarding their previous medical history, family history, current health, diet and lifestyle. All information helps to form an understanding of you as a person and your present state of wellbeing. From this information a treatment plan will be formulated following your appointment and the plan will be emailed to you. This may include a prescription for herbal or nutrient supplements and also outline any diet and lifestyle recommendations.

Acute Consultation
This quick catch up is perfect when you are feeling under the weather with an acute immune illness. I can then prescribe herbal medicines or supplements to rapidly improve you immune function and have you feeling yourself again in no time. Ideal for allergy flares or cold and flu season.

15 minute consultation

Follow-up Consultation
A return consultation will require a shorter visit and allows the patient to discuss their progress. Any changes in the patients physical or mental wellbeing will be discussed here and an updated treatment plan will be provided. Patients will be prescribed further herbal or nutrient supplements if necessary with diet and lifestyle recommendations also revisited.
